City Bark Rewards is our way of showing our appreciation for you, our awesome customers! Sign up for rewards, and start earning points for purchases and activities like referrals. Points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases and free products. Plus when you join, you'll be the first to know about exclusive sales and in-store events!
How do I join?
If you shop online with us, you will automatically be added to the rewards program on your next purchase. Shop in-store? A sales associate will ask if you would like to enroll during your next transaction. Or, join right now by visiting citybark.getreup.com.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases.
What if I shop online and in-store?
You will get rewards for both! Just make sure you use the same email address and phone number. If you’d like to make an update to these, please email us at [email protected].
How do I view my point balance?
You can check your current point balance by visiting citybark.getreup.com. Here you will also have the option to save the rewards to your Apple wallet. If you shop online, you can check your balance in your online account at any time.
How do I redeem my points?
If you are shopping in-store, we will ask you during the transaction if you would like to redeem your points. If you are shopping online, you will see the option to redeem points at checkout.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Nope! The more you shop, the more points you will earn.
I’m in the frequent buyer program, is this different?
Yes, but you can be in both! The frequent buyer club is for purchases on select products (like food and litter) and is a program set up with the manufacturer. The rewards program not only gives you points for these purchases but products outside the FBC as well.

Are there any products that are not part of the rewards program?
You can not earn points on any services (like nail trims) or products from pop-up events held at the store.
How do I refer someone?
Make sure your friend mentions you referred them at checkout. If they are making a purchase online, they can add you referred them in the comments section. We will manually add 100 points to your total within 24 hours of the referral.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but did not earn points!
It can sometimes take a few hours for us to process your activity and provide your points. If you do not see them updated within three days, please let us know.
Will you use my email and phone number for anything else?
By joining the rewards program, you are opting into our SMS text messages. We won’t spam you – we’ll use text messages to inform you of exclusive sales, discounts, and specials events happening at the store.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us, and ask to be unenrolled. You will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we will re-enroll you. Your point total will begin from zero.
